Unlike other awareness training tools, Pistachio takes the stress off users by delivering automated, personalized cybersecurity training directly to employees. The system adapts to each user’s needs, offering real-world simulations that make learning about cybersecurity engaging and practical.
General Overview
Our office is based in Oslo, Norway
Our office is centrally located between Løren and Hasle T-Bane stations, right next to Vinslottet mall. We occupy the 6th floor in a building shared with Quality Line Hotel, Sterk training center, and Via Play Group.
We’re a team of 30+ people working together in the office, with a wide mix of backgrounds and nationalities. We host monthly after-work events and two big parties a year—one in summer and one at Christmas. We're growing fast, and there’s always something exciting going on.
Description
Junior Data Analyst
We’re looking for a curious Junior Data Analyst who is excited about learning new technologies in a collaborative environment. In this role you’ll get hands-on experience across the whole data lifecycle, from data design to analysis, to helping shape product decisions. You will also get to work with cutting-edge AI technologies. As a Junior Data Analyst at Pistachio, you’ll help us dig into the data behind how our automation systems are performing, spot issues or improvements, and contribute to the development of new features. This is a great opportunity if you’re early in your career and want to work closely with product and tech teams in a fast-moving environment.
On-site
Our office is a short walk from Løren and Hasle T-bane. In-person work preferred, but remote days are possible.
Full-time
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with typical hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
English speaking
With over 15 nationalities on our team, English is our main working language and required for this position.
Task Description
What will you be doing?
- Analyzing product data: Help shape our product by providing insights about performance and improvements
- Supporting AI development: Assist in checking results from our AI models and contribute to fine tuning them
- Keeping our data platform in shape: Help decide what data we should be collecting, make sure we follow set standards and structures, and help maintain data quality across the board
- Investigations and debugging: Support the tech team in investigating anything that looks out of the ordinary and offer more insight into problems they are working on
Skill Requirements
What skills and experience do you need?
- The ability to comfortably write SQL and at least one other programming language, such as Python
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills in English, and confidence in presenting and explaining your analysis to others
- A good instinct for what makes a clear and effective data visualization
- Experience with Golang or Google Cloud (BigQuery, PubSub, BigTable, Gemini) is a plus, but not required
